Kombucha Tea

June 29th at 7pm- Register

Come learn the ins and outs of how kombucha tea is made. Local kombucha tea maker Ryan Makinson of Clarks Cultures will be on hand to explain equipment, the fermentation process and have samples to taste.

Freezing Your Garden Vegetables

July 13th at 7 pm- Register

Join Karen Thomas from Penn State Cooperative Extension Lackawanna County’s Family Consumer Science Educator to learn how to safely freeze your fresh garden vegetables!

Karen will have information on other preservation methods like canning as well and freezing.

Raw Juice

July 20th at 7 pm- Register

Join Randy Ryan from The Rainbow Juice Company to learn about how to incorporate raw foods and juice into your daily diet.
