Upcoming Computer Classes

Seats are still available in these upcoming Computer Classes at the Albright Memorial Library:

Introduction to Computers: A four-class series. In the first two classes, we take patrons through the basics of using Windows 8.1 and cover file and folder management. The last two classes cover using the internet: navigating websites, creating, using, and managing an email account, downloading files from the internet, and security software.

When:  Tuesday evenings 5:30 – 7:30 beginning Aug 4th and meeting for four consecutive weeks.

or

Friday mornings 10AM – 12:00 PM beginning Aug 7th and meeting on alternate Friday mornings over eight weeks (4 class series).

 

MS Word 2010: 3 Beginning level classes followed by three Intermediate Level classes taking patrons from the basics of document creation through such advanced skills as Mail Merging and Automating MS Word with Macros (running Macros, Creating, testing, and editing Macros).

When: Friday afternoons 2 – 4 PM beginning Aug 7th and meeting on alternate Friday mornings over 12 weeks (6 class series).
