Just Jeans & Jackets in January

Some people in Lackawanna County lack the wardrobe for the kind of weather we have had so far this winter, and there are still three months to go until spring. Lackawanna County Libraries are trying to help by collecting clean, used, adult-size blue jeans and jackets in good condition for the Clothing Room at St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen. All sizes for both men and women are needed.

Since 1978, St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen has been serving nutritious meals to hungry people in downtown Scranton. Its Clothing Room is available to people in need.
