Albright Library Expected to Reopen in Mid-January

Renovations are moving at a healthy pace here at the Albright Memorial Library! We expect to reopen our doors in mid-January 2018.

Until then, library services such as picking up holds, printing, faxing, and computer access will remain available at the Lackawanna County Children’s Library.

Renovations which we have completed so far include:

1. Sanding and re-staining the original woodwork in the Reference Room
2. New carpeting, flooring, and paint in both Reference rooms
3. New paint, and re-finishing of woodwork in the front entrance lobby area

We are currently renovating:

1. The restrooms (new flooring, sinks, countertops)
2. New circulation desk
3. Repainting main floor of circulation area
