It’s cold outside but it’s warm in Lackawanna County libraries where there is plenty to do during “Be a Smart Cookie,” the winter challenge for children.
There are books, activities, presentations, crafts, games, and more. And kids of all ages can get involved.
Make visits to the Library a regular part of your winter routine. The children will love it!
