Carbondale Public Library Re-Opening June 29th

The Carbondale Public Library will be reopening with limited services to the public beginning Monday, June 29th.
Here’s What to Expect:
Hours: Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. (*Note: We will be closed Friday July 3rd.)
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Vulnerable Populations: Tuesday 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Curbside: Curbside pickup is still available for those patrons who do not want to enter the building to pick up their requested items. Please call 570-282-4281 to schedule an appointment.
Library Card: You must have your library card to check out items or use the computer. Photo ID is acceptable if you have just signed up for a card and have not received it.
Computer Use: Computer use will be limited to 30 minutes a day. You must register to use a computer. Only 2 computers will be available at this time.
Browsing: Please limit browsing to 30 minutes.
2nd Floor: The 2nd Floor and bathrooms will be closed at this time. If you need an item located on the second floor, please ask a staff member for assistance.
Safety Precautions: Masks/face coverings are still required and must be worn while in the library building. Please continue to practice social distancing.
