Halloween Art Contest

The North Pocono Public Library is hosting a Halloween Art Contest!
This contest is for kids ages 0-12 and winners will be chosen from these age categories: 0-2 || 3-6 || 7-12
You can pick up the template at the library’s circulation desk and use your own art supplies to design
a Halloween costume. One winner from each category will win a $5 giftcard to Michaels.
Entries will be accepted until Friday, October 30th at 5:00 PM.
Winners will be announced on November 2nd.
