Independence Day Weekend Closing

The Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library, Nancy Kay Holmes Branch and Library Express will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, Saturday, July 4th and Sunday, July 5th for the Independence Day Holiday Weekend.
We will reopen for regular hours starting Monday, July 6th.
