The Scranton Public Library has a full staffed Reference Department at the main branch on Vine and Washington in Scranton, Pa. We have a large reference collection and can find articles, books, government information, and local history/genealogy research. We proctor exams for colleges and real estate testing. The cost is $20 per hour and sessions must be scheduled in advance.
