Limited Parking for the Albright and Children’s Library

Until further notice, there is no parking on the 500 block of Vine Street and 400-500 blocks of Adams Ave because of paving and utility work. Parking is available on North Washington Ave and at nearby garages.
You may have to plan extra time when you are visiting the Albright Memorial Library and the Lackawanna County Children’s Library.
