A community focus is on Alzheimer’s at the end of March and April with the Roaring 20’s Gala on Saturday, March 28 and Memory Care of Healthy Aging on Thursday, April 23.
The Abington Heights Civic League will be holding a fabulous Roaring 20’s Gala on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 6 to 11 PM at the Country Club of Scranton, Clarks Summit, PA. Proceeds from this event will benefit Alzheimer’s Awareness and other AHCL projects.
The Abington Community Library will provide the venue for Memory Care for Healthy Living. A special program with Dr. Mario Cornacchione, Board Certified Specialist and Family and Geriatric Medicine will be included along with The Alzheimer’s Association of Greater PA Support Meeting and Discussion. Whether your loved ones live at home or in a nursing home, bring your questions and concerns about dementia, care giving, and successful aging. Light refreshments will be provided. Register today!
