Scranton Sewer Authority put copies of its permit renewal application at Albright Memorial Library. It is available to view in the reference Department (2nd floor) and is also available online at https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/48182083/SSA%20permit%20renewal%20application%2010-5-16.pdf

The state Department of Environmental Protection will hold a hearing on the permit renewal on Nov. 2 from 6 to 9 p.m. at City Hall.
